Most items sold by Cubot are covered by the following comprehensive product warranties:
1. In the unlikely situation that your product is faulty, you can send it back for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. Return shipping reimbursement is unavailable.
2. If the product works (but you do not wish to retain it) you can also send it back within a 30 day period for a refund. A 15% restocking and handling fee will be charged. Return shipping reimbursement is unavailable.
Only faulty items can be returned under warranty for a full compensation.

1.Please describe the problem with your item in details（what happened and when?)
2.Please tell us what steps you have already taken to solve the issue.
3.Please give us the item code indicated on the outer package.
4.Please send us clear picture of defects in good lighting.
PS: Ideally, the photos should be clear and focused, under good lighting conditions, and taken at close and medium distance. We will do our best to help you.
To reduce the possibility of disputes, please take clear photographs of the items while placed on the ground and place a ruler or measuring tape to measure out the differently sized part. The photos should then be submitted to the after sales team. We will provide a reply to your problems as soon as possible. Normally it will take 2-3 business days. Please note the following RMA criteria relating to size differences: Custom made item: Deviation from the original size by over 2CM; Not custom made item: Deviation from the original size by over 3CM. Please ship the package to the address provided by the after sales team. Customers have to cover the shipping fee for the package return. We will provide a partial refund as long we receive the return package; to help us, the customer should provide all relevant tracking information.
A partial refund is offered for missing or wrongly shipped items. We will provide a reshipping service in the event of missing or wrongly shipped accessories, a partial refund on the item fare is offered in the event of accessories being unavailable for reshipping. Please be sure to open the parcel and check the contents before signing for the package.
Unless otherwise noted on the product page, product warranty is one year counted from the date of purchase.
Within one year of the purchase date, buyers can return items for free repairs. Buyers pay the shipping fees for sending the item back, while we pay for the shipping fees for sending the repaired item back to the buyer.
Contact us for RMA authorization, within 5 days of receiving the item, and ship the product back via the least expensive method. The item will be exchanged with a replacement.
Items older than within one year months can still be returned for repair. Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways. The buyer must pay the reshipping fee to us before the item is authorized for repair.
Note: If the buyer has damaged the item(s) and some components need to be changed, we will charge for the original value of the components.Buyer will have to pay shipping fees both ways too.
Product degradation through wear and tear, along with breakage during use, is the customer's responsibility and is not covered by warranty. Similarly, the warranty does NOT cover RC Toys that have crashed, been damaged or lost due to either extended use or misuse of any kind. Cubot recommends proper supervision as we cannot accept liability for any injury, accidents or damage caused by the product or your use of it.
Custom made products may not be returned for a refund or exchange; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).
For items continuously returned, we may charge a 50% restocking fee.
